Like many others, I cannot activate Parallels 10 on a replacement Mac. Old computer "died", and I migrated the data from the external backup of that computer to my new computer using Yosemite and Windows 10. Parallels is not installed on other computers. I've been using Parallels for years and have never had this issue. What is the workaround? There is no support phone number or email for tech support. I REALLY need access to my Parallels 10.

Hi, we have changed the internal settings of your license key. Please check your inbox for more information.

Sorry to sound like a broken record, but I, too, have been largely unsuccessful transferring a permanent activation key from one Mac to a newer, replacement Mac.

Following the simple instructions at http://kb.parallels.com/en/122653, I uninstalled Parallels v.10 on one machine and tried to apply its license key on a replacement Mac. I own 13 (15?) permanent license keys, and I don't know which one might have been used on the older Mac, but none of them worked on the newer machine. I'm trying to do the same thing on a total of 12 machines (that is, retire them and transfer their permanent activation keys to replacement machines); I apparently succeeded on one of the twelve but not on any others.
