Unable to Activate My permanent License on a New Mac

    Hello,

    I'm experiencing an issue while trying to activate my Parallels Desktop perpetual license on my new Mac.

    When I attempt to enter my license key, I receive a message stating that the activation limit has been reached and I cannot activate the product on this device (I have attached a screenshot for reference).

    However, my license is a permanent one, not a subscription, and according to the terms, I believe I should be able to transfer or reactivate it when changing devices.

    My Parallels account ID is: [email protected]
    For security reasons, I'm not posting the license key here, but I can provide it privately if needed.

    Could you please assist in resetting the activation or allowing me to activate Parallels on my new Mac?
