    Greetings-

    After updating to the 6630 build, and knowing updates can leave dkms issues, "bash'ing" I did go...

    The 6630 update left the old driver installed in dkms as usual, so I cleaned that up with dkms.

    If I install the parallels-kernel-modules driver, I receive the following warnings:

    $ dkms status
    nvidia, 180.44, 2.6.28-15-generic, i686: built
    nvidia, 180.44, 2.6.28-16-generic, i686: installed
    parallels-kernel-modules, 4.0.6630.449744, 2.6.28-16-generic, i686: installed (original_module exists) (WARNING! Diff between built and installed module!) (WARNING! Diff between built and installed module!) (WARNING! Diff between built and installed module!) (WARNING! Diff between built and installed module!) (WARNING! Diff between built and installed module!)

    I have uninstalled the driver using dkms, the used the 6630 installer file to uninstall Parallels and reinstall Parallels. Yet the error persists.

    I did this a couple of times. The last time, I left the driver alone in "built" state, and suppose that running Parallels installed the driver, thus the errors are back once again.

    Does anyone know how to clear up these errors?

    Parallels DOES still come up... just error messages are not good for giving warm fuzzies.

    Thanks!
