I have two subscription, one renewed on 2024-01-07 and one renewed on 2024-11-27 (I have the Cleverbridge reference numbers). I cannot see either one of them in my account, I can't activate the software on my new laptop, and I cannot get any Support. I am a very frustrated user.
I reached out on Facebook Messenger and got the help I needed. While I'm thankful that my issue is resolved, this is an asinine support model...
