    hi folks,

setup was a breeze. installed Windows XP and the 50 something patches to get it up and running. so far, these are my issues:

from within the VM, I can only get Windows XP to connect to the Internet if I enable "Host-only Network", which is fine but prevents me from mounting a shared folder from a separate XP machine physically connected to the network. from within Mac OS X, I can mount this particular folder with no problem.

Here's a simple diagram of my network:

Mac mini running Parallels Desktop (VM - Windows XP) ----> [netgear router] ---<--- Windows XP with the shared foldes "documents" and "images"

how can I let the "VM - Windows XP" automagically mount the 2 shared folders of the standalone Windows XP machine? if I can't resolve this, i might as well go back to BootCamp since it does it well and i get the right-click button functionality without issues. :(

please advice, and thank you in advance!
