Hey there, Since you guys make it nearly impossible to talk to someone or request a refund without knowing the email address of the account, I'm posting here! I cancelled this subscription several months ago, and it recently started billing me again. The problem is, I don't have the email address needed to request any information from Cleverbridge. I have zero option to cancel this recurring payment (I also need a refund since I haven't and will not use the service in the future). What do I do? This couldn't be more frustrating and confusing!
