I set up an 8G Parallels VM and installed WinXP Home. I was unning, among other things, Money 2006. All was apparently going well until I nearly filled my 8G with other files (documents & programs). Then I tried to copy my Money 2006 file to a USB drive (as a backup and to copy to another machine). THe copy went fine but the data file was corrupt and lost. Is it possible that this happened because in copying lots of files onto the Parallels Win install and getting close to the physical limit something in Money got screwed up? I've never relaly had problem with Money 2006 (WIn) so this occurance distrubed me and made me feel I might not be able to trust my Parallels Win install as my primary site for Money files and others.
