I am trying to uninstall Parallels desktop 4 from a Macbook Pro and I cannot make it go away. I have followed the help instructions twice and while it seems to work, when I restart the machine Parallels is still in the applications menu. There are no VMs so when I double click the application it starts up normally and invokes the NEW VIRTUAL MACHINE ASSISTANT window. I don't know what else to try and I can't see PAYING for actual customer service from this silly company when their own instructions don't work. I followed the help instructions word-for-word, twice and the application is still there. Can anyone help me remove it and ALL it's associated files?
