Would it be possible for Transporter to be updated so that it will recognise an old-style Connectix VirtualPC 5 disk image?

I have a perfectly viable virtual machine running Windows 2000 Professional under OS9 which I would love to port to my Intel MacBook. It would be very difficult for me to re-create the machine in any other way.

I also would like Transporter to import older VM images. Great suggestion.

In the mean time, here's a thought (which I realize probably won't be too helpful if you don't have VirtualPC 7): You could find someone who has VPC 7, then update your VM with that, and then use Parallels Transporter to import the updated image.

Good suggestion, but unfortunately its very difficult to find people who use VPC as they are fairly few and far between in this neck of the woods!

I'm also not too sure what the licencing implications might be . . .
