I have a zen creative mp3 player. I have all of the programs I need installed but the problem is that whenever I go to transfer the songs onto my player I get the blue screen of death and before I can read it all parallels restarts itself. Anyone have any answers?? I was able to read the message. It is bugcode_usb_driver. Please help thanks!!
