I have couple of old installs of Win98 laying around on unused HDs. It is possible for me to get all the files off the old HDs and on a Mac. I would like to be able to transfer the complete installs (along with applications, etc) intact to a Parallels image. Is this possible? I've searched but I couldn't find an exact situation like mine.

    Thanks!

I have a similar issue - I want to image an existing xp set up.
I was directed to the FAQ which says:

Is it possible to convert a third-party virtual machine to a Parallels virtual machine?
You can use disk image save/restore software like Acronis TrueImage or Norton Ghost to export the operating system from third-party VM and import it to Parallels. An out of the box conversion utility is in scope for future versions of Parallels Workstation

Not sure if it helps but I thought I'd pass it along anyway.
