Tortoise svn cache (Tsvncache.exe) is causing to me 100% disk usage when disk have many files and folders. At Stackexchange there is a post saying Microsoft knew of this problem and resolved it, but not at my Windows 10 which is updated. Could it be due to Parallels 14 Pro? I had same problem with Parallels 13 Pro.
Symptoms: after working something intensve in folders where is my source code, Windows first become slow responsive, and after a minute totaly unresponsive, and Mac also after some time becume almost or totaly unresponsive. After 5 to 10 minutes (sometimes few hours) everything starts to work.
Could not generate Parallels report because of unreponsivnes.

At this point I have disabled Icon overly cache in TortoiseSVN
