tools no errors,says it is installed cannot find

    Hi:
    have parallels 6 ver. 11994.
    installed tools, no errors.
    Have done everything in the white papers and installed several times.
    But cannot find tools to resize hd.
    in the windows window on the lower rt. hand side (bottom) it says that tools is installed???
    But where is it????
