Should Parallel Tools load into OSX Server 10.6 virtual machine in Parallels Version 5? I migrate a VM form Ver 4 and rebuilt one in 5, and the installer runs, and ends with no errors, but the VM reports VM Tools are not running.
Same with 10.5 I've tried P. Tools over a couple of hours. Uninstall doesn't work too (Error 'inside' the QT Library) . My Mac OS X Server 10.5 was a fresh install. The same setup worked under Parallels 4 like charm. Due to waste of time I gave up and wait for the next Parallels Build.
Hi, Does Parallels Tools work? If mouse slides between host Mac and guest Mac? Sometimes Parallels Tools for Mac OS X just do not report about its status properly. It is not stopper for its functionality. Alexander
yes it does 'seem' to work for somethings. I can rescale the screen, and mouse movement. Copy in the Guest, and Paste to the Host does not work.
Yes, I can switch between both windows. No <ctrl><alt> etc necessary. Does P. Tools support SCSI on Mac guests ?
