Tools crashes on install at 91%

    Parallel tools is crashing everytime at 91% on install into W8 upgrade from Vista on a Mac. All Vista updates applied before upgrading to W8. Parallels is latest version. Mac Os X is 10.8.2 and all updates Problem report ID (one of several) is 20940761
