Toggling Clipboard Sharing: Keyboard Shortcut or Programmatic Access

I want to be able to easily turn clipboard sharing on or off as having it on when using Excel in the guest OS usually results in a hang. I cannot find a keyboard shortcut or a programmatic way to do this. Perhaps there is a way - any ideas?
