TimeSync Issue

I am running Parallels 11 with windows 10 on my mac. When windows 10 logs onto our domain it attempts to sync the time/date. It is failing to do so and that is causing a fair amount of havoc with other programs running from windows 10.

Anyone have any thoughts on this?

I did @Dinesh@Parallels still generates time issues in my event viewer. It is also throwing the following errors after the one above...
