Time Sync doesn't change time zones

I travel a lot and I always change the time zone on my Mac to match where I am but the time sync to Windows via Parallels Tools doesn't change the zone. it will adjust the hour:minute:second properly though.

Am I missing a setting/feature or is time zone changing not supported yet?

 

yes I noticed that lack too

so I manually set the windows time too
