Hi I get this when I try to add a new key to a new account I just created. Looks like an account was already created for the key. Please advise on how to switch the license to my account so I can manage it as needed. Thanks!

Hi. I'm trying to activate my previous version of Parallels Desktop 19 for Mac using my upgrade activation key but when I add in my old key, it says "Unable to perform the operation. This license key is associated with another Parallels account. Please sign in using this account and try again." I also don't see the version 19 upgrade in my licenses but have it from my paid invoice from 2023. Thanks in advance!
