    Hello,
I'm using Parallels 11 and I have El Capitan OSX on VM.
When I start/stop VM multiple times, this issue starts to happen. I'm unable to determine the exact case (for example: second time I start/stop VM) but it eventually happens. Only thing I can do is stop VM, and restore from latest snapshot because current VM becomes unusable.
This problem also happen when I use vagrant (this is my primary use case). vagrant reload command will cause this to happen after running it couple of times. Usually, first time it passes successfully but second time this issue starts to happen. At first, I thought the problem could be if I'm running vagrant while Parallels Desktop app is started and that somehow causes VM to go to unstable state but issue happens also when I use vagrant or Parallels Desktop solo.

Any help would be greatly appreciated since this is real stopper for us.
    Thanks,
    Bakir
