The previous activation key has not been accepted by the license server

    hello ..
    I bought parallels desktop 19 .. and reinstall all my programs .. and I entered my new key .. and its request my old key .. and both key is right and
    stored in my Parallels account .. but its give me this : The previous activation key has not been accepted by the license server !!!
