…seems to be much better. Maybe I wasn't using it properly in the last version, but the way i can load windows full screen (with aero) in space 2 and just switch between spaces, seems to give me the best performance/integration trade-off. I am satisfied enough with this configuration, that I've changed my mind about not bothering to upgrade. I'll continue to test until the trial runs out, but so far it's looking like version 5 will be a big step forward for my MBP.
