When Windows Vista Home Basic starts inside Parallels 5.0.9220 on Mac OS X 10.6.2, I get a message "The Color scheme has been changed", because prl_tools.exe is causing problems. Any solutions?

Check the Add / Remove dialog for StarDock MyColors app and try removing it.

Same issue with Windows 7 x64.

It worked fine until I used the option to "Use All Displays in Full Screen". Even after deselecting that option, I still have that issue.

    Turn off "Use Maclook".

Turning off "Use Maclook" fixed it for me.

Caution: there are _two_ places where MacLook are controlled:
Note also that contrary to the Parallels Documentation, MacLook does not seem compatible with Vista Home Basic.
