Terrible renewal experience. Cancel my subscription!

    I've received a notification that my subscription will renew in a few weeks, but I can't find the correct account to revew the subscription. When I log in with the email address the renewal was sent to, I'm only presented with a list of expired subscriptions and I can't find the subscription that is set to renew.

    Nobody is responding to my support requests on Facebook and all of the other support options are grayed out on the website, so I'm forced to come to the forum and complain publicaly.

    It's been a long time since I've had a customer experience this bad and I'm highly disapointed with Parallels. Give your customers a working option to contact you!

    I need you to assist me in canceling my subscription. Do NOT charge me.
