I am running the DIS Keystone application on Windows 7 in Parallels 6 (build 6.0.12092) on a MacBook Pro. When I export a file from Keystone to Excel, Keystone attempts to create a temp file called keystonetemp.txt in User>AppData>Local>Temp. For some reason, Parallels will not allow the file to be created. The error message that I get is as follows: Keystone Data Export repository file cannot be opened. Export will terminate. C:\Users\ADMINI~AppData\Local\Temp\keystonetemp.txt was not found.
We are running Parallels on six new Mac systems and we have this problem on all of them. It's not a corrupted OS.
