Hi Everyone, I had an error message logging into an older version of Parallels. I was told to purchase a new version. I just spent $200 + and it still doesn't work. The parallels website says it comes with 24/7 phone/email support but whenever I try and track down a phone number or email address it just bounces me around. How am I supposed to get in touch with tech support? Would love to get my issue resolved. Thanks for any help
