Win 11 Pro 22000.376 M1 / Big Sur Latest Parallels FYI, today my taskbar would not respond reliably anymore to mouse movement. Symptoms: - blue circle mouse pointer - sometimes object ( programs, start menu) on taskbar not clickable - sometimes taskbar will not show up when moving cursor there (note: taskbar is set to auto-hide.) - hitting WIN-key (command) will make taskbar show up. Windows still responds other than the taskbar being unstable. I am now going to go to taskmanager and restart explorer.exe. This fixes the issue. This issue does not seem to be the severe issue that used to exist a few months ago where the taskbar totally broke down due to a Microsoft bug. Note that interestingly, in Task Manager, "Processes" conveniently allows to restart "explorer.exe" whilst "details" seems to only provice "end task" (requiring you to manually launch explorer.exe with win-R). This fixes the issue - not reboot needed. I hope this is of use to someone. It's probably not even related to Parallels or ARM, it is probably just a general MS issue in Win 11 because they are constantly messing with the new taskbar.
