Suse netinstall image won't work.

I just tried installing Suse 10.1 and 10.2 Alpha 4 using the netinstall images (30mb each, download only what you need), on Parallels 2.2 beta but I get the following problems.
With 10.1 it keeps telling me to insert the cd which is mounted straight from the .iso file. 10.2 kernel panics when booting up.
Anybody having these problems? My host is Ubuntu Dapper.
