I just bought the program... is there free phone support for a limited period of time? Or is the only support available $29.95 per incident? Thanks, glenn
Email support is free. Phone support purchases are per-incident, they don't have time limit so it doesn't matter when you actually use your per-incident support opportunity after the purchase.
The best support is to 1) search these forums to see if anybody else has resolved the problem before you 2) Ask a question on these forums with as much detail on your problem and environment as possible. Volunteers will usually answer.
I have never bothered using the phone support and have had help from Parallels and volunteers on the forums for all of my issues.
