I tried to contact support, which is a major pain to begin with. Since I purchased my upgrade to Parallels less than 2 weeks ago I expected to have access to phone and/or chat support. On my page for the license it says my activation date is Aug 25th 2016 which well within the 30 days. Even so when I use my support code I get a message that I no longer have support and need to spend $20 to get help. Nice product, you buy it and if you ever need help it costs you $20?? I will be sure to let other potential customers know about this, that is for sure. The part that really PO's me? I am trying to contact them because of a BUG in THEIR application.
