Having just upgraded to Ver 5 yesterday and having problems with loading XP (OS will not load simply hangs) I am unable to reach support because I do not have the 10 digit support key. There is no way to enter a support call, an email, or start a chat without this key and there is no way to talk to an actual 'person' in order to try and discover why the support key is not showing on my account page. Anyone know of a way to reach support and actually talk to a person?
