Support Code doesnt work? How do I get my "free 30 day support"?

    Hello,
    I have some questions which I tried to pose to Parallels Support, via chat, a few minutes ago. I logged into my account, found my support code (which is good for several more weeks, as I recently purchased Parallels 11 ... it even notes this within my account). I cannot initiate a chat, as my support is "invalid". There doesn't seem to be any way to reach support and I am wondering if anyone knows how I can get the attention of support?

    Any suggestions from other users much appreciated!
