I did manage to have a successful upgrade from 3.0 to 4.0 with just 1 glitch. Halfway through the conversion the installer stopped and said that Manual Install was required to finish. Said OK and PD tried to start XP. XP hung at the XP Registration page. The mouse would not work. Released the mouse back to the Mac side and went to the PD menu - Virtual Machine - and selected Reset. XP restarted and I was able to register XP. The installation completed with no problems. 4.0 appears to be running great and fast. Jack
