Hi, I received on march 21 the invoice about the subscription renew for parallels PRO. Now, if I try to enter in my account I can't find my subscription. I tried entering through google account, and parallels account, but I can find only old serial number and a subscription that is expired. How can I restore my subscription? If its' not possible, eventually can I obtain a refund? Best wishes Antonio
Hi Antonio, We have investigated this and found out that you recently received a refund on the 21st of March. Hence why your key is not visible on your dashboard as the key has been deleted.
