Stuck on Windows Download

After installing Parallels 7, I purchased Windows 7 (Home edition) through the Parallels setup. It downloaded Windows, but when it completed the 3.1GB download, it crashed, disappearing from the screen.

I restarted it, but now the Parallels Wizard just sits on the Windows 7 download with the status message: "3.1GB of 3.1GB - stopped" and no user input to do anything. It just sits there.

I uninstalled Parallels, rebooted the Mac (Lion), reinstalled Parallels, restarted, and it does the same thing -- just sits there, stopped at the end of the download.

I then tried deleting (renaming, actually) the Windows download files, uninstalling, rebooting, reinstalling, but now Parallels is stuck at the beginning of the download.

I did a forum search for similar issues but didn't find any. I have no use for a Windows ISO that can't be installed and run in Parallels. Any help would be appreciated.
