I keep getting this error when installing winXP as a guest in parallels.

    My setup is:
    Ubuntu Feisty Fawn 2.6.20-16-generic
    Parallels 2.2.2164 for Linux
WinXP SP2 as an ISO on my HD

I have everything setup correctly, as you can see below.

Although it says I have 101MB free on the drive, it is set to 5000MB. Also, I have tried with both expanding and plain drive modes. The same thing happens with both.

As you can see above, this is happening when the xp installer is trying to format the drive. I have tried with both Quick and Regular NTFS format.

Am I doing something wrong? Any ideas would be appreciated.
    Thanks in advance.

The problem is too low space in primary OS's disk.

Just clean the disk space in your Ubuntu OS.
