When I use Windows 10 for a few months, it gets slower and slower. It often takes several seconds after a click for programs or Windows to respond. It then gets worse and worse, until you can actually no longer work with it. I've found that the following helps: Shut down Guest. Duplicate the entire Parallels folder with Finder. And then use this clone. If you rename the copied folder like the old one, you don't have to change anything under parallels. And now the miracle: suddenly everything is running super fast again, as it should be. But after a few weeks everything slowly starts all over again until after a few months everything is very tough and laggy. This is not normal and looks like a bug to me.
