I am using Windows XP and Visual Studio 2003. Not by default the VS editor has while background but I always change mine to black and also alter all colors (keywords, comments, etc) After changing it to black background and green text (This is a VB.NET project) the caret also stays black which makes it hard to see. As soon as I move mouse out of the editor I can arrow again. I have the same colors set on XP running on another PC (I did double checked). For now I have to switch to white background but I just was thinking I can report this. Please take look @ this since it is hard for me to look @ clear white backgrounds. Also I did noticed sometimes that if I was to use arrow keys in VS editor (up and down) the editor window scrolls like I am moving scrolling it with mouse.
