I'm angry and aggravated. I purchased a copy of Parallels and loaded up XP Pro 32-bit. I've been using it fine for a few weeks - I rarely do anything on it that is internet based so I know I haven't gotten a virus. Anyway, I started it up one day and got this Stop Error. I tried to boot from my XP CD - no luck. I tried to go into safe mode - no luck. I'm a computer guru of sorts and I've tried everything I can to get this thing fixed.

What do I do to fix my XP Pro?

    Also, for the record...
Should I buy and load Vista Ultimate? 32-bit or 64-bit?

Are there any good boot cd's that can repair the computer?

Someone please list at least 3 or 4 ways to solve this issue....... Thanks!

    I'm on a Macbook Pro Intel Core Duo 2 - 2.33ghz 3GB ram 160GB hard drive.

P.S. I have searched this site and the posts I found related to this topic did not work to resolve my problem. My Parallels will NOT recognize a boot CD and I have reinstalled the app as well, both the version that I bought in the store and the new updated one. I have searched the entire net to find an ISO to boot from and have found several, but none that will help correct this issue.

I've been having this same problem for months. Any solutions? Bootcamp works fine, but Parallels gets the 0x0000007B stop every time it tries to boot up.
