I just installed ParallelsDesktop-7.0.15106.786747 and discovered I had to do an Uninstall before doing the Install. The Uninstall app is in the PKG. When I first upgraded to Mountain Lion I had the problem where Mac OS issued an error message (need to eject) when a USB disk was connected to the Win7 VM on a reboot or when coming out of suspend. Uninstalling and reinstalling Parallels Desktop 7 solved this problem.
Now, this past week, when installing the ParallelsDesktop 7.0.15106.786747 update, the problem came back, so I did the Uninstall/Install to solve the problem again.
I can't find any documentation stating that an Uninstall is recommended (required?) with Parallels Desktop 7 running under Mountain Lion, so there should be a bulletin created to that effect.
