Start Menu and app list in dock?

Hey all,

Now that we have Coherence, we're a lot closer to real integration. I'm really so happy with this feature. I'm sure many of us hide the task bar. In those cases, it would be useful to have a way to access the Start Menu. It's possible thru the keyboard. Was it alt-esc or something like that?

Virtual PC had a Start Menu in the dock. How about something like this? Either showing a separate icon for the menu or--if you don't want it--have it accessibly thru the Parallels icon dock menu.

Some type of task list in the dock could be useful too. I'm not sure if something like Vista's live preview is a good idea.
