I noticed when I use Parallels my spotlight searches stop working. Once I reboot my OS spotlight starts working. This is on a Duel mac Mini with 1G of Ram using the latest version of Parallels. anyone else notice this.
Spotlight seems to work here even with a guest running, but I've told spotlight to ignore ~/library/parallels/ on the advice of a beta tester several versions back. Spotlight seems not to understand .hdd files, and one person reported it choking on them.
