Everybody says the new Parallels is so much faster. I'm wondering if this is related to how they use it. If I start up Parallels 5 for a full-screen session (which I apparently need to run Civilization II correctly), it seems to me to be a bit slower than Parallels 4 was. Or if I start it in Crystal Mode it is that same speed. But once it's started in Crystal Mode and I remember it's running, I can open something from the Windows folder very quickly. Is that what the reviewers mean? Or should Windows XP load that quickly?
