Like a lot of other posters here, I'd like to start by saying that Workstation 2.1 Beta is a fantastic piece of software.

I'm not clear on one thing, however. From other posts I've read it seems that sound (via the AC'97 device) isn't functional in the beta. Is this the case? It's certainly not working for me :)

If sound doesn't work in the beta, does it work in the full version that I can buy now? Also, do you guys know of any reason a USB serial port wouldn't work? I'd like to be able to use WS2.1 to run the control software for my ClearOne Gentner XAP800 broadcast audio device. It requires a serial connection to a Windows PC to work and I'd sure like to get rid of a machine if at all possible.

Thanks and keep up the good work.

We have no full version for Mac. But sound and USB works fine in windows/linux versions, try to test it there ).

Sound in Parallels for Mac will be availaible soon. it surely will be In GA version.

And our beta versions has full functionality without any restrictions (except 30 day trial period), but it also has some bugs and missed technologies. It's just beta version. Soon all will be fine.

USB and Sound don't supported by this version. Also you can't buy it because this is just beta.
In release all devices will work and you able to buy full version.
