I was able to run the recovery console from a Windows XP SP2 CD, and ran bootcfg to rebuild the list. I then booted back to Mac OSX and recreated a VM using Boot Camp. It loaded Windows, but spent almost 5 minutes correcting corrupted indexes. It restarted, and I now have four selections in my boot.ini (two Windows and two Parallels.) It finally loaded the desktop, and ZoneAlarm gave me a warning about Parallelstools trying to insert into Explorer (which I allowed.) The Parallels tools are still installed.

Clicked on the Coherence button, and BOOM, it crashed. Still doesn't like ZoneAlarm apparently. :(
