We face the following issue: When we evaluated Parallels and tested it on our testing MacBook we did this with a trow-away email address. Because for us it was clear this MB will only be used for testing so it doesn't matter if Parallels is running a trial license on an throw-away account. Unfortunately a couple weeks later we had to setup our testing MacBook for a user to use because of the poor availability of MacBook's at that time and no one thought of uninstalling Parallels first. So when that user requested a full license we bought a license with this account and activated that license on the testing MB which the user was using. But Parallels on that MB was still active with our throw-away account. So our license key is now associated with the wrong account and we would need that to be switched back. The license key was initially bought with this account. Also there is no way to get access to the throw-away account and also the password.
