Solution with the black screen on start with Windows 11

    I have a Problem, if I start my Parallels Desktop in Windows 11, I have a black screen and I can't use my desktop. I need a solution, I already test all the tips in the Parallels support site and he didn't start. Please help me

    To let us proceed with an investigation, please provide the following information:
    1. Has the issue started occurring after an update on Parallels Desktop macOS?

    Please carry out the following steps as a possible solution:
    1. With the virtual machine running, click on "Actions" in the top menu bar > select "Reset".

    If the issue persists, please collect a technical report (click on the Parallels Desktop icon > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID in reply to this e-mail.
