Hi I am new to parallels and am not very technically minded. I have 3 new software packages that I need parallels to run on my mac none of them work properly there are often pieces of info missing eg webcomp analyst is a tool to compare backlinks and url positioning but lots of features dont work at all and it crashes regulalry my other two software packages both crash regularly Does anyone have any ideas? I did try uninstalling and resinstalling but dont know if I did that correctly. As I hadnt used my parallels much in the first month my free 30 support is now over so I appreciate any help or advice in layman terms if you dont mind - i kinda need step by step if any instructions are given most grateful, Leah
Hi Leah, Parallels makes good software. Only the last two builds, 11990 and 11992 gives me problems.
