    After upgrade:
Unable to use the network adapter 1.

Make sure that the network adapter 0 is available and enabled on your Mac.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled a number of times. I have recreated my guest OS's. Same issue regardless of Win OS (Xp and Vista).

    Any suggestions?

Had the same issue running Leopard 10.5.8 and parallels 4.0.3846,
I ran the Cleanup Kernel Extensions script (?) and now everything is back to normal.
    thanks
