Snapshot Scheduling

Running Parallels 8 for Mac (Build 8.0.18354) and I'm looking for a scheduler for snapshots. Looking back, I've seen numerous requests for this feature since v6 and even an engineer for Parallels saying he would create a feature request in July 2012. My question is when? It's not in VMware Fusion, so this is a golden opportunity for Parallels to leapfrog the competition and give the userbase a popular feature. The only workaround that works is tricking the scheduler by doing running every 12 hours and switching back to 24 when it's where you want it to happen. It would be far easier to say "Run at 2am." Cron anyone?

Seriously guys, *every* backup program out there has a scheduler. Having to stop whatever I'm doing at 9:30am (especially if it's a presentation or a concall over Lync) is aggravating and downright unprofessional.
